Profibus IO cluster with CI801 and SattLine Master CIPB-DP, Firmware,SYCON HMS.

Hello Everyone,

I am using IOs on profibus CIPB-DP profibus Master in SattLine with CI801 DPV1 Slave and setup looks like

CIPB-DP>CI801>AI810:AI810:AI810:AO810V2:DI810:DI810:DO810.

GSD version for CI801 is 1.6

Configurator software is SYCON HMS.

Problem Description:

AO810V2 wont communicate and error I get is that card is not present at position. Card shows constant warning light and I have checked power,lock button, pins and position.

In addition to that CI801 will stop communicating if I will make changes in GSD configuration (module type etc) than I downloaded initially.

Can anyone can suggest me what is factory firmware/software version of CI801 and should it be upgraded in order to work with IO modules mentioned above?

Any compatibility matrix on CI801, IO modules and SattLine Profibus Master card?
