Consistency check on User structure Error Message User information is not updated from Windows user for user
When i want to check the consistency on the User structure i get an error message.
User information is not updated from Windows user for user: XXXX
What could be the problem ?
Its not on all the users. But in the AD the users are configured the same way.

IIRC, the Consistency Check code of the user information aspect has a flaw that will raise a false positive if there is a difference in upper/lower case between System 800xA and the Microsoft Windows domain information; "John Doe" vs "JOHN DOE" will trigger an error.

Just synchronise the user in User Structure, it usually resolves this issue.
