Button Audible Alarm Blocked in operation station

After an update from 800xA 5.0 to 5.0 sp2, my operating stations started to have a problem with the "Audible Alarm" button,
leaving it blocked (red circle with a dash), preventing the silencing of alarms. In my system architecture, there are two stations
that are in another location (remote), in a range of different IPs, however, it worked before the update.
For local stations, when the button appears blocked, just click on it, which normalizes, but for remote stations, it appears blocked,
only performing several logoff / logon, sometimes normalizing. ABB has tried to update the sound drivers, but nothing has helped.
Would anyone have any idea what this problem might be?

I recall .NET, DirectX, etc. or some other 3rd party, but well documented software requirement for the Workplace Audible Alarm feature to work in 5.0 (and earlier).
The error indication (red circle with slash = forbidden) is likely indicating lack of prerequisites, not authority.
I recommend going through the preparatory steps mentioned in the Installation Manual and reapply them all once again. Today they are all bundled in the "Common Third Party" software bundle, but before v5.1 you had to install them manually, piece by piece.
