Is it possible do the Configure 800xA with Modbus Integration without Controller interface cards like Ci867/CI853?
Is it possible do the Configure 800xA with Mod bus Integration without Controller interface cards like Ci867/CI853?
Some third party devices (Modbus Serial / Modbus TCP) required to integrate with 800xA Servers via Mgate Gateway.
If this is possible, can anyone suggest the steps for this configuration?

For an HMI or SCADA application you can use third party gateways to translate ModBus directly to OPC, then integrate the OPC server with 800xA. For example .... https://www.kepware.com/en-us/product...
Alternatively, you can use the 800xA Built In Modbus TCP/IP driver included in the PLC Connect package to talk directly to Modbus TCP devices.
A CI8675 or CI853 card is recommended if you want to communicate directly between the AC800M and the Modbus device for Controlling the plant. But be aware that this is an expensive and clumsy way to convert information that is only required on the HMI
The MGate range converts Modbus Serial to Modbus TCP - not OPC-DA. Using MGate will still require you to convert modbus tcp to OPC-Da somehow. Either with a CI867 or the PLC Modbus Connect Driver.
