PCEquipmentLibrary Prompt Status roll-up in a diagram?
I am using PCEquipmentLibrary and have some configuration using the PCEL Prompt Module to give operators the ability to respond to various messaging and progress sequencing according to the response. They want the ability to open a list of the active prompts from the area as well as the link/button to change color or otherwise indicate that there is an active prompt awaiting their response. Linking to such a pop-up is very simple, PCEL already includes a "Faceplate element list of prompts" that auto-populates with active/all prompts that are included in the equivalent and lower levels of the application that the aspect is added.
My main problem is locating a method/parameter to use in the graphic to give some indication that a prompt is currently waiting for a response. I could go through the application and list out all of the Prompt.InteractionPar.ShowPrompt boolean statuses to cause the indication to change but I am looking for a more elegant solution. Something that will update automatically like the Faceplate Element List of Prompts whenever a new prompt is added to the application without somebody having to go back to the roll-up list to add the new Prompt.InteractionPar.ShowPrompt. Does such a parameter exist in the application level? How is the Faceplate Element List of Prompts being automatically updated without further action within WorkPlace/Control Builder M?
Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
