Hi,
I guess that because 0x02 is not an ascii character (it is the ascii transmission control character STX but this not a character as such), the importer has probably rejected the import of non character data. As your screenshot indicates previous imports worked correctly this may indicate that the import file could be corrupted or the data itself in the import file may be malformed rather than a problem with the import utility.
