Generally, RTDBData, Application, EssentialBackup & Onlinecopy are the folders used by 800xA History. Provide the space consumed by each folder. I can provide you the cleanup steps based on your answer.

Question was directed to me but I'm sorry, I don't know 800xA History that well (it is not made at the office where I work).
I believe I've heard that a full disk may become a problem to 800xA History and cause premature wrapping of data. Care must be taken to not fill its data drives.
My areas of expertise in ABB historians are Basic History and IM History, both pre-allocating storage space at time of creation of logs to avoid problems of a full disk (to be honest: the IM's Oracle database instance may need to auto-extend its files on disk until the database tables have sized themselves to meet the amount and mixture of OPC messages and attributes (which may vary); this is hard to predict but will be known as soon as the logging has reached its capacity and older events are being overwritten).
