Motor starting problem with high load inercia in ACS880
I had one 37 KW motor which was running a conveyor in DOL starting mode, since we need speed control we put one ACS880 for controling this motor,
during commissioning, I insert motor data and used standstill ID run because the belt was connected and there was no possiblity to disconnect.
after ID run we start the motor and belt was running successfully. client asked us to stop and they put material on the feeding bin and material drops on the belt,
then when we try to start it just try to go till 1.5 multiple motor current and cant run the belt,
I think there is some kind of Torque problem and how can I put Maximum Torque to the motor at starting time because these motor was running the belt before with DOL.

Hi
first of all you should specify what model - size of drive you used and how you sized this drive. If you have done the Static ID run procedure correctly, because you cannot uncouple the load, leave the torque settings unchanged, which are factory set at 300%. During start-up, what kind of alarm did the drive display indicate? P.S. it is not necessary to ask the same question eight times on the forum, who can, wants and knows how to answer, will do it.
