RNRP Controller name update after changing controller type
Hi,
We changed controller type from red. pm866 to red. pm891. IP remained the same.
RNRP shows controller name as it was before the change (AC800M/pm866). How it is updated?

Hello,
Do you mean the name as shown in the RNRP Network Status Tool? Click the node to open the parameters and status window, and click remove node. The node then should reappear with the correct name.

Hi everyone,
Solution to this problem was to update hosts file from RNRP Wizard. I was reading manual 3BSE034463 800xA Network configuration. I got impression from that manual that hosts file would not affect process modules name at any level (maybe I interpreted that Incorrectly) . However this was not the case and updating the hosts files updated the processor name in RNRP.
