Alarm Logger service problem
As you see in attached photos,Alarm Logger service on PRAS1 has a error ,so reset that and performed enable/disable its service several times but not rectified problem.

Check the Windows printer queue connected to the Alarm Logger Service Group.
The logger service need the printer queue and printer to be healthy.
If no printer exists, delete the service group & providers (they can be easily recreated once a need to print alarms to paper return).
