The old E144 tools (maintained up to and including 800xA v5.1) have been discontinued in favor of the new SPDC tools (some of its features require a license / myABB account to work) which you can download from ABB Library.

Personally, I fancy the old method over the new. With the old scripts, individual tests could be quickly iterated during adjustment (e.g. bandwidth, net settings or clock sync) and the results were immediately available in Excel. You also had a good (manual) grip on the final results and documentation.
I see a potential risk of automating a difficult procedure too much - many of the SHC check items still require manual work & interpretation from the engineer performing the check. Just because a tool have completed its round of checks does not mean the job has been successfully done.
I have attached the most recent version of the SHC manual, as you can see, there are a lot of manual inputs required to complete a SHC.
The system has changed over time, e.g. originally DNS was very important, but only up to v5.0, from there on the hosts file is used for primary name to IP lookup (then DNS). Before Server 2016 and Windows 10 (build 1709) the network adapter bind order was important, but starting with the aforementioned versions the interface Metric became the governor. It is important to know what you are checking.
