Ac800 M HI
Hi
We are using in our powerplant AC800M HI as third party connectivity ESD to coonect with DCS ( pgp v4.1 ) through OPC
So
The problem is
In HMI (pgp) we get break off the tags ( lost tags in few seconds from AC800M HI ESD and after back normally )
I check the physical communication ( ethernet cables , optical fiber , switchs ...) everything is 10/10
I'attached pics to show the situation

The reasons for temporary outages can be many...
The first thing to check is the AC 800M OPC Server's session log (OPC Panel > Log File). Are there any errors output when the problem is visible in PGP?
Next thing is to connect a 3rd party OPC DA client directly to the AC 800M OPC server and verify if the outages appear in all clients or just PGP.
For the AC 800M OPC server to be able to deliver "good" data, it must be in constant contact with the AC 800M controller and the controller must have sufficient CPU time left over to answer the MMS telegrams sent from the AC 800M OPC Server. A poorly tuned controller application may hinder the PLC to answer the OPC server's requests.
