We had a 160 Kw motor that used an ABB acs 550 inverter. In the inverter 550 the main board burned out so we had to replace it with an 880 ABB acs. When we tested the new ACS880 inverter it gave us fault 2330. After that, we sent the motor to repair, to remove the humidity and repair it, we metered it and it gave positive results. It came back from the repair, we tested it and it gave the same fault again. Then we changed the motor cables, and we tested again, and it returned the same fault 2330. The next thing we are going to do is manually set the current, increasing it progressively. What do you suggest we test to identify what the failure is?
