800xA domain account stop showing in SCC and 800xA workplace not opening
Single domain, single aspect and connect server
It's was working fine (operation this system)
Due to simulators issue the host server need to be restarted after restart when logged in to 800xa system with 800xainstaller account it show user is not a ppa user.
When logged in with service account, it allows to open the SCC and when checked user accounts all the domain user are disappeared.
Did multiple restart and server function restart, no improvement happened.
Opened the user structure and try to synch it shows error screenshot attached
Adding a user to the User Structure is only one of the tasks adding a System 800xA user involves. You should first make sure the user account is member of the IndustrialITUser user group of the Windows domain (or workgroup).
The error message output while synchronizing seem serious, hardly something the Consistency Checker Tool can find&repair (have you tried?). If not, you better have the problem reported to your regional ABB Support Center.
Make sure users are made member of IndustrialITUser (and also IndustrialITAdmin for admins). Use *direct* membership, not indirect via any other group. We’ve seen issues with the latter (also the Modus Operandi of the System Hardening Policies) Please contact support.
