Hi, Could you please help with the following issue in Trend template for 800xA Version 6?
We have defined a trend template in library structure but the operator can not view the curves on it although he has access to the trend display menu from faceplate.
What is the possible issue?

Please submit more details, images, etc.
Does it work using another trend template?
Can any other user see the trend at the same computer?
Can the operator see the trends while logged into the connectivity server node?

Follow Stefan's advise - provide more details.
Did you selected the right logs and save that configuration for the trend (from administrator account) in the corresponding structure ?

Thanks for your comments. I will check. But the point is that no user can see the trend on the same computer.

If the trends work on the server hosting the historian but not any client, you have likely made the mistake by manually adding Basic History in the Service Structure *without* creating a firewall exception.
Since 6.0+ the SCC will make firewall exception while deploying a service.
Please answer all my questions raised earlier.

Thanks Stefan,
We have used standard trend template.
The trends is not visible while logged into the connectivity server node.

Is there any data logged?
Use the Log Configuration aspect, go to the Status tab, select the primary log and click Read.
You have posted too little data for any of us on the forum to be of any real help here...
Please post more information (images) as "answers" to your own thread.
