How to add signal to history server in Symphony Plus?
I have one tag that is not being trended due to not having a Historic Archive Index (HISINDEX=0) nor Historic Archive Identifier (HISIDENTF=blank)
How do I add it to the history server? It is the only tag in the database like this and this is my first time using Symphony.

Hi,
Enable the Long term historian and storage life time for the tags which must be sent to historian. Also ensure historian services are up and running. This will write back the above mentioned fields with required details from historian.
Refer to Operations Engineering user manual for more information.

Dear sir,
Fist open tag configuration. Then in Process tab go to History long term archive and change setting to YES, after that in Historic Archive Life Time put 365 (this will give you history for one year). After you finish this, on S+ Operations server open services and the following service ABB S+ Operations TagSync. If everything is ok on history server few minutes latter you should get Historic archive identifier and you will be able to check that signal in Signal explorer app.
Best regards,
