I am using PLC connect 800Xa system Version 126.96.36.199...we are using ASCS redundant server and 1 history server....now what's happening when I downloading Plc Program (AC800m) from Primery server that time secondary server opc going down....so again I have to copy the opc file from primary server to secondary system....So every time i have to follow this procedure....you have any solution for same...
One more thing when I download same program from Secondary Server that time Fetel error is coming like downloading from different machine...
Thanks in Advance.
Obviously this mechanism seem broken here... with this little detail available its only going to be a guessing game...
A few things to check:
- McAfee Antivirus is known to have issues with the "exception" list from time to time. If this happen, FSD might not be able to replicate properly.
- [Workplace Structure]Web System Workplace:System Event List with focus on FSD events.
- Stop Server > System Software User Settings (apply correct service account/password one more time) > Start Server
If you can't solve the problem I suggest filing a support case with your regional ABB support team to have this problem sorted out.
A problem for this is if ASCS1 is offline, then the OPC Server service in ASCS2 cannot start when starting the computer. (I haven't tried this in version 6. However, in version 5 it acts like this.)
