Enterprise Historian 3.2/2 Collec for Windows for Mod 300 History Log
Because of the problem showed by Mod 300 System regarding to 1/1/2020 which AC460 alarm and event managment uses 1 jan 1970 , it has a problem about that because the alarms are not showed with proper time . We tried to set the time from PM510 using STIM command but it was not possible , then we had to change the time from OSs ( advacommand 1.9/0) and OSES ( Unix version 2.9/1 advabuild - advacommand 1.9/0) following some procedures After doing that we verified that the alarm and event coming from the controller are according to time of the country . We had to change back the time to 2016 year Nowaday the system is synchronized 2016
I understand that it should not be done but the patch or rollup for Unix version has no yet been released and we had to fix the issue in the plant.
We had to change back the time from EH to 2016 year , after change the time we did some procedure such as : we execute purge task because there were future data. We call the message log up , and it worked properly also from data direct we did some tests and the values were getting from controller Ok.
But history values coming from history log are not getting the data when we execute from data direct or using specific query from sql query window ( typical query to get value from numlogval).
Also we verified from OS using the trend scroll back , it does not show the history value trend.
Nowadays , ALL the system is synchronized to 2016 year
Because of that we dropped the database , created again and load the history configuration again .After doing that we activated just 3 primary logs and message log , others logs are inactives. MB quota looks fine and HSFF . It means we clean everything but the problem still continues , history log is not getting the data when we execute from data direct using the standard procedures , sql query does not show any data.
We can get some logs from EH such as : hsCollection log and we have verified into every file , they show BAD ITEM TIME . We change the time from windows command prompt
please see hsCollection log attached ,
Thanks for your support
