How to upload .zip from SPDC tool to ABB portal (button grayed out)
Hello AKS forum,
I ran the SPDC tool on a 800xA 6.0 System, the application generated a .zip file that I should upload to the ABB Portal.
When I look on the ABB portal under Generated Reports, I see the reports that I uploaded myself for this customer (SID) two years ago. The button on the right, that has the tooltip text "to upload a file, select a single SID", is grayed out, it cannot be pressed. I only have one SID under my account (I'm working for a System Integrator, my name is mentioned among two other colleges on the dashboard as a Partner Contact), so I am not even able to select more SIDs.
My college has also access to 2 other customer SIDs under his ABB portal account, he is also not able to push the upload button either, not even when only one SID is selected.
Are we doing something wrong? Is it a matter of security privileges of the 'Partner Contact' account? Do the people mentioned under Maintenance Engineers or Control System Administrator have more rights?
Thanks in advance for your answer.
Regards,
Patrick.
