We can't download controller from connectivity server.
We have connectivity server as below mentioned & all connectivity server we set TCP /IP forwarding set to 1.
Connectivity server are physically getting connected with total 3 network.
Operation Network - 172.16.24.0 /22
Control Network (DCS) - 172.16.124.0 /22
Control Network (Safety) - 172.16.124.0 /22
Currently running Connectivity Server..
172.16.XX.29 172.16.XX.30 172.16.XX.31 172.16.XX.32 172.16.XX.35 172.16.XX.36 172.16.XX.71 172.16.XX.72 172.16.XX.75 172.16.XX.76
As per the lower node number 172.16.XX.29 should become as RNRP router for the DCS control / Safety control network but currently 172.16.XX.35 become as master it not showing the connectivity server RNRP status tool but showing in client machine (172.16.24.116) only.
fron the Client machine are not able download controller which is DCS control / Safety control network.
Let me know how to resolve this issues.

With this many network areas (I count to 9 remote areas seen from the node where you ran the RNRP Monitor tool at), it is important to configure Max Number Of Remote Areas-
If I remember correctly, the default is 5 for a PC and 4 for AC 800M. I.e. you network is larger than what default setting permit communicating over.
Put short. The RNRP Monitor of a PC must list the network which you are to communicate with.
Also the node you want to communicate with (e.g an AC 800M controller) must have its "Max No Of Remote Areas" set to an appropriate value, or else it will not be able to reply to the telegram.
The RNRP Network Utility can be used to query any node for its "vision" of the network. Use it (from a closely located PC) to query if the remote area (from where download is attempted, but fail) is known or not.

Default Gateway can act as a complement to RNRP in a controller in case Max No Of Remote Areas cannot be used to increase the network size.
Make sure the controller is able to reply to traffic from the control builder, either from a properly sized Max No Of Remote Areas or Default Gateway. You can use RNRP and Default Gateway simultaneously.

We observed that if the RNRP router is directly connected in the DCS / Safety network then RNRP router will update all respective nodes RNRP table all directly or indirectly connected.

Max No Of Remote Areas is a setting needed on both sides of a communication link.
Increasing it in a PC will make it "see more" remote areas.
For a controller to see the PC, the same setting need to be increased there too.
To avoid having many remote areas, have a look at RNRP Backbone in the Network Configuration User's Guide.
