CHMI Connectivity Server
Hello,
I had a running SCADA with no problem using CHMI and AC500.
There was an electricity cut off which disconnected the SCADA and it is disconnected until now.
I tried to use Metrikon explorer and I can see the OPC server and the tags with no problem but the SCADA is not. When I open plant explorer and press browse on one of the signals an error message saying that "Cannot connect to connectivity server" therefore I can't find my OPC server, the same happens when I try to edit the driver.
I read that I need to check if the deployment is allowed, how can I do that?
Is there a solution for this without reinstalling CHMI?
Is it logical that cutting of the electricity on the PC would cause such a problem in the connectivity server?
Thanks,
Osama Ayoub

Hi,
A few proposals to check:
- configuration wizard -> check if server is running and if the system is running
- check if ABB OPC Server is connected to the controller(s) - yellow smile faces
- check in service structure or node administration structure if all the services are working corectly (is a service)
