ACS150-01E-02A4-2 Fault F0035
This drive is installed on a potter's wheel in the Caribbean and is driving a 0.3 kW 3ph motor. The single phase supply is US style split phase 230v 60Hz which is effectively 115v-0-115v and is connected to U1 - PE - V1. The drive has worked well for a couple of years, however recently the error code F0035 appears which according to the documentation is a wiring fault:-
OUTP WIRING
Incorrect input power and motor cable connection (input power cable is connected to drive motor connection).
Fault can be erroneously declared if drive is faulty or input power is delta grounded system and motor cable capacitance is large.
This fault can be disabled using parameter 3023 WIRING FAULT.
Q: Is this fault likely due to the EMC because of a dubious grounding system due to the US style split phase high-leg-delta supply? The documentation says:-
On IT (ungrounded) systems and corner grounded TN systems, disconnect the internal EMC filter by removing the sc rew at EMC.
Q: Would it be better to leave the EMC connected but disable F0035 with parameter 3023 or to disconnect the EMC?
Q: Or in fact is it a faulty drive?

Hi
if there have been no changes in the connection, since the drive has been functioning properly for a couple of years, I am of the opinion that it is a failure of the drive.
An attempt to disable the alarm with parameter 30.23 can also be done, but I believe it will not give the result you need.
I suggest the replacement of the drive or if it is still under warranty, activate the replacement request through the nearest ABB dealer - in this case, it is necessary to check with the s.n. of the drive if it is still under warranty period.
