I'm sorry but this is not an Advant Controller, It is another product line, You post the question under wrong product,
You better reply to the people from where you have order the parts if you need help in this case.

Hi,
From the attachment it appears that you are referring to a SPBRC410, a Symphony Plus/Harmony Rack controller. In this case both controllers in a redundant pair must be the same firmware revision. I.E. A spare controller at revision M5 cannot be used with a running controller at revision M4. The running controller can be upgraded to M5 but this requires that the customer's controller be stopped to perform the upgrade. Alternatively, the spare controller can be downgraded to revision M4 but this would require careful review of the controller firmware release notes to determine if downgrading is permitted.
BTW, you do realise that this is a public space and the entire internet can view what is posted and attached.
