Error when launching Workplace interface
Hi!
I have installed the latest edition of Windows 10 Enterprise (called version 2004). I did this on a VMware Workstation 15.5 machine.
After windows installation I installed 800xA version 6.0.3. The setup is to be a singel node server/client with control builder and a soft controller.
Starting Control Builder is no problem. But when I open the Workplace interface, this window is empty. Its totally blank. No posibillity to chose anything. Normally I activate engineering from hear but now its not doable! Any Idease? Anyone!&

Hi, 2 things I guess. If you are using 800xA 6.03 (no do versions like 6.0.3.2) then I don't think this is supported in Win 10 LTSC 2019 (2004). please check which version of 800xA vs Windows versions. If you don't get the right W10 version will cause problems.
second thing: you need to have a valid system to be able to choose a workplace. This means you have created a system and also that you have access to this system. I would suggest if you followed the normal load procedures and created a system, that you should review your security settings.
