How to enable Bad PV detection as per NE-43 in ABB 800xa?
Control Builder only allows to configure Signal Error for less than 4mA and only one setting means cannot configure Signal Error/Bad PV for <3.8mA and <3.6. Also unable to configure Signal Error more than 20mA.
So how to enable Bad PV detection as per NE-43 in ABB 800xa? if any possibility in 800xa.

It's not related to 800xA or even Control Builder but depends on the Hardware (I/O Board) used.
For example S800 AI815 has following options (from Control Builder Help):
Underflow and Overflow for Respective Ranges
Signal Range Underflow Overflow
4..20mA _ 2mA _ 22.4mA
4..20mA _ 3.65mA _ 22.4mA
4..20mA _ 3.8mA _ 22.4mA
1..5V __ 0.5V _ 5.6V
0..20mA _ -* __ 23mA
0.5V __ -* __ 5.7V
4..20mA sqrt 2mA 22.4mA
If you use Select I/O AIS810 for example, you can free configure both Device Malfunction and Underrange/Overrange between 0..4 mA and 20..23 mA
