PCM600 installation error - Pending reboot required (SQLserver)

Hi. Trying to install PCM600 (which was previously installed and uninstalled before awhile), received such message as

Does anyone have suggestions about that?

Hi,

Go to Run -> regedit->

Please delete pending file rename operation from Registry then try again your installation.
