We have redundant system in 800xa v5.1 (two Aspect server, two Domain server, two connectivity and one Engineering). I should mention that all services work fine.
I will really appreciate any helps.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
That is authentication between Client and Domain controller server only.
You can view event log of Domain controller server to see that related event.
On that WS, you can get out of Domain then join again by change to Workgroup, restart WS, then change back to Domain. Note that you have to remember login password of local administrator account.

Addition to above, pls check Domain controllers Primary and Secondary are working fine. Secondary Domain controller should not act as separate DC.
Your workstation isnt properly joined to the domain.
New workstation ? Replaced Work Station ? Changed Domain Controllers ?
You'll probably need to leave / rejoin the domain again. Possible also Connect the node to the 800xA System again. Note - allways try to "connect node" before "remove node / add node" in the ABB Config Wizard if you are correcting a problem with a previously working node.
You can re-join to domain controlPanel -> Computer name, domain, and workgroup settings -> change settings -> Change to workgroup, restart and change back to your domain. Problem solved.
