Update System 800xA to 6.0.3.3 revB from 6.0.3.2 failed
We tried to update a System 800xA from 6.0.3.2 to 6.0.3.3 revB, but we obtained error in Primary Server in the finalization phase.
We made the update to 21 nodes but the Primary was the only one who failed, we chose Manual media distribution and Offline mode.
The Primary Aspect Server update failed when tried to update the AC800M Connect extension "Loading System extension ABB AC 800M Connect 6.0-0 (build 203000110)" because it couldn’t replace the old hardware library with new ABBPQN22CI871HwLib 1-1-1
The log shows:
Error - Import/Export Error: Transaction Error: E_AFW_FSD_IOERR (0x8abb003d) Error handling file
Error - Import/Export Error: Operation rejected by PNQ22_DAP: Hardware Unit (Transaction Handler)
Operation rejected by PNQ22_DAP: Hardware Unit (Transaction Handler)
Error - Import/Export Error: Error handling file
Notification - Updating entity rules
Notification - Afwconfigure finished with errors

Please turn off any antivirus and make a new attempt with System Extension Maintenance.
McAfee is known to have caused problems to the FSD service in a few occasions. It is suspected that McAfee has a problem with the function to exclude certain folders and files. Please make sure \OperateITData and \OperateITTemp folders have been properly excluded from On Access Scanning. Some have succeeded by reinstalling McAfee.
If the above does not apply or help, please file a support case with your regional ABB support center.
