800xA for MOD 300 BOOT FAILURE (OMF DOES NOT START)
Hello Guys,
I have a problem on a 800xA for MOD 300 connectivity server (Ver. 5.1 rev.D FP4 - Windows 2008 R2).
I had a server failure and I needed to restore the server with an Acronis Image. I followed the instruction
on the 800xA documentation.
I reconnected the server to the the domain and booted .
After that I encountered a strange problem that you can see in the attached image.
The RTA starts until it reaches the time to activate OMF process but this never starts correctly and hangs up.
As a results of this all the 800xAservices starts up but the MOD300 functionalities (OPCDA and Event Collector)
do not.
As you can see in the attached file it seems that PU410 does not receives the correct date and time.
I know there is also a problem with dxtimesync process etc. but all the servers are set with REVERSE TIME
SYNC activated.
I do not understand why the backup connectivity server works perfectly so I do not think
boot failure dependes on the Advabuild ES node.
I also tried to reinstall PAS software with no success.
Besides this there is also an issue that I discovered on the Replication between Domain Controller
(see attached file) and I wonder if this could have any effect on the PAS applications as well.
I need help especially from MOD300 Application engineer . As you can see in the attached file
it seems that for some reason the "Time of last successful replication:1970-01-01 01:28:36 " got
a wrong time from RTA , probably when I took the acronis image the reverse time sync was DISABLED
So the connectivity server faulty was the time master for the 800xA but was sufferinf the 2020 bug
so it started with the 1970-01-01 date theat ruined the replication process.
I dare to say : "What a mess !"
So any suggestion will be kindly appreciated to get rid of this falty MOD300 Connectivity Server.
I am really surprised , never seen something like this, but it happened.
