Some thoughts...
If you are in a Domain - is your Domain available on the control network - you will need your security credentials.
How will you open Aspects/Code etc - Is the Aspect system on the control network?

The RNRP Router is connecting the networks so you can open "all" ports to allow connecting clients behind the firewall, assuming all Servers are using RNRP, but not sure why to install the router at all in this configuration...

Not tested.
Joining and staying member of the domain on the non-domain network must work or else 800xA won’t work.
RNRP can be routed with NE870 or regular connectivity server. Likely not an issue here.
You may try this but be prepared to fall back on proven configurations.

Due to any specific limitation ABB has restricted this option ?

Testing resources are limited; not all possible permutations can be tested.
