Remote Download of Compact Control Builder Application
Hello, there was an unanswered question about this a while back but I've run into the same problem, so figured I'd re-post.
I am using compact control builder 6.0 and need to download an application to a remote PM851 processor. I can access the processor data (firmware, etc.) via the "remote system" tab, by entering in the WAN IP address of the LAN gateway (router) and forwarding port 102 in said router. However, when I try to download, halfway through, the controller crashes with a fatal error and I have to restart the controller.
Under processor settings, the "routing method" is default gateway, the gateway address is the internal IP address of the router. The controller log file says: "FATAL ERROR in ..\..\source\BASICS~1/Heap/Heap/ASSERT.C[141]: 592149 (0x90915)" Later down the line it shows "F 2020-08-03 17:30:44.625 (local time) System Breakdown"
Are my settings incorrect somewhere? Is there something I'm missing? I can't find any information about this in any of the manuals I've read.
Thanks!

Hello
Try to trace out the fatal error file why it has been generated.
Reset controller using INIT as well as power reset.
Remove battery.
Then download the program
Plug-in battery at the end.
