Support needed from forum Admin to Migrate AKS User profile to official ABB ID/Personal email ID
I am a member of the ABB AKS forum with user name 'rahilmohammed'. I am unable to access my older profile, as I no longer have access to the email ID with which the profile is linked with, as the email Id was that of my previous company.
There is no response from DE-AKS-Support@abb.com to repeated mails since 6 months. The last mail was sent to the support email on 16th July 2020 from my official ABB email-ID.
Kindly enable me to access my older profile and migrate that to my ABB Id ASAP.
This question has not yet been answered.
