PID logic for controlling rpm of motor by two belt currents (Amperes)
Please help to guide which PID block or any logic suitable for controlling the rpm of motor by using load (Amperes) of two belt motors as two belts are tripping frequently by increase in loads so we want to control rpm of the conveyor motor so that load shouldn't increases of the above two motors.

Hi,
Not sure if I understand right your question, but you can control the speed of your motors by using of drives (frequency converters).
Then you can set a current limiter of the drives at the desired values (below the nominal current of the motor).
Then the speed will be automatically reduced when the current limiter is reached.
Why do you want to create additional logic?
