EL3020 analyzer for SO2 & NO measurement
We are using easyline analyzer EL3020 for SO2 & NO measurement with analyzer range 0-2000 ppm.
After calibrating the analyzer with standard gas cylinders of zero & span gas, the analyzer shows values as per the standard gas.
But after this, with process sample gas the SO2 value goes to negative "-5 to -10" ppm. In our process the SO2 is near to 1 to 2 ppm.
We have done optical alignment/ phase adjustment , basic calibration but everytime this problem comes.
How could we avoid this negative value during process measurement? Is there any way to suppress the negative value?
