Advabuild 2.9/1 and Advacomand 1.9/0 for Mod 300
Good morning, could you support to us in the following?
Customer has found a problem from OSES and we have had to install the advabuild 2.9/1 and advacommand 1.9/0 software we have preformed the installation according to installation manual .At the end of the installation because it is advacommad and advabuild we did shutdown -r -y 0 as the manual states and the OSES booted completely after doing that we tried to load the ES environment but it is not possible to load it.
It seems that the RTAB is working properly , but our concern is , do you have any suggestion about why the enviroment can not be loaded?
if all the procedures have been performed correctly , Could it be hardware problem? or Is there any workaround about it ?
The station is B2600 and the RTAB is PU515A for eDCN
Thanks for your support
Best Regards
Ricardo

Hi Ricardo,
This sounds familiar. Two things come to mind:
1) Could you open up a hpterm on the ABB startup window before it times out. And then attempt to open Environment builder manually. It might indicate an Oracle issue
2) Have you the B2600 networked on startup? If not, it might be worth connecting it to a spare hub or switch so its sees the NIC port as terminated.

Matt
