speed variation occurs between set reference and actul vfd output in acs880 vfd
The vfd detail : ACS880-01-169A-4 , MOTOR DEATIL: 75kw, 125A, 1440 rpm , 50 hz , 415 v operating, APPLICATION : PAPER MILL ,wire section.
There is slight variation (for eg : ref speed = 1000rpm there will be variation of 3-10 rpm) in actual speed obtained from the VFD output when compared to the reference given. The process is carried out in open loop, without encoder. The reference is written to VFD by PLC via profibus communication. The problem occurs only when operating in DTC mode. In scalar mode there is no speed variation . I will attach the program backup for the reference.
NOTE : 1. LOAD CURRENT DURING PROCESS : 90-100 amps

Hi
first of all I ask you if you have accurately done the ID run of the motor, with the load uncoupled, for operation in DTC.
Second, you could try to review the gain parameters in parameters 25.02 and 25.03, which you left at the factory values.
