AC900F Firmware update
Hi Stefan,
I have purchased a new AC900F Controller, and i have configured the ip address using the hyperterminal program. But how do i ensure that my display is no longer needed to be update? What are steps needed? Do i need to insert an SD card with an update in it? If yes, how should i proceed? Thank you so much, hope to hear from you soon, have a goof day

Hello,
I'm not sure I understand the question correctly. What do you mean with "display". Do you mean the display module of the AC 900 or do you mean your Hyperterminal?
Either way, if you know the IP address of your controller you can update the firmware with the Settings tool from your Freelance installation. It will allow to download the firmware to that IP address. The procedure how to update the controller firmware is described in the "Getting Started" manual, section 2 "Freelance installation", chapter "Install Freelance Software", subchapter "Modify initial Installation Settings" --> "Settings for Freelance Engineering".
