Function Code 62 RCM Infi 90
Good afternoon , Please could you clarify the following question about RCM Function Code?
If we have confugured Permisive , Set , Reset and nothing in S4
According to the information , if Permisive is 1 , Set 1 , Reset 1 the result should be track S4 , but in S4 there is not block connected .
Does it mean we can think S4 is 0 in this case and the result of RCM would be 0?
Thanks for your support

There is always a block connected. In the case you describe that happens to be a constant block or also called a fixed block. In your case some refer to this particular block as a zero, B0, boolean zero, off, or more.... The help manual shows the defaults of specifications. Leaving the RCM without a connection to S4 is equivalent to connecting a constant or fixed block number 0.
If you don't connect a different block the connection is the default. The default is 0 which is described as reset override. So, yes, in your case (P=1, S=1, O=0) the output would be turned off or set to 0.
