AfwWorkplaceApplication.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module ABBQCSMonitor.dll
Hi,
Anyone seen this before? When I open a display on a operator workplace which contains QCS elements they are grey.
In the exception-log I find this :
11-06-2020 11:34:13:
PID: 3128 (0xc38), TID: 4972 (0x136c)
Fault Reason:
-------------
AfwWorkplaceApplication.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module ABBQCSMonitor.dll at 0023:1FD86FC9, DllCanUnloadNow()+9687 byte(s)
It worked before but for some reason not anymore......
Regards, Chris.

No, but I know that QCS have special requirements.
Suggest filing a support case with your ABB project / application team
The regular product support channels does not encompass add-ons like QCS; you need to get in touch with the ABB QCS team.
