Loss program controllers PM866
Hello,
I have a redundant system with 2 PM866 controllers, 1 BC810 modules, 2 CI854 modules, 2 CI867 modules for each controller, every week the controllers go to failure and lose communication with the DCS system, also the controllers lose the program, because when I restart the controllers and when trying to go online, I get an error message indicating that it is not possible to go online because there is no program in the controllers.
The CPU load is less than 90% just like heap utilization

Sounds like you really should file a support case with your regional ABB support center!
Have you pulled & examined the controller logs?
The AC 800M may delete the application for natural reasons; e.g. abnormal shutdown/reset (e.g. due to network induced CPU overload) or 24V power loss without a backup battery. The external SB822 battery is recommended over using the internal or SB821 external battery. The two latter suffer from known lithium oxide barrier problems (the very same feature making lithum batteries excellent for use in smoke detectors).

I suffered a similar situation with redundant PM866 controllers.
This situation was related to broadcast storms throuh the network that made a reset in the CPU and lost of the program in both CPUs.
ABB suggested to put the last firmware version to correct this issue.
