NE840 switch PNSM object showing alarm "Powersupplylow"-
The below alarm “POwerSupplyLow” generating repeatedly from the NE840 switch object.
As per the Manual (3BSE080654-4241_A_en_800xA_Networks__NEOS__User_Manual) , it’s says “Power Supply: A trap is generated when the voltage level on any of the power feeds changes from high to low, or low to high.”
When we checked the web browser of the switch there was an alarm “Power DC2 is OFF”.
- What is the indication if this “power DC2 is OFF” alarm?
- For the “Powersupplylow” alarm, any actions are required?
- Is there any relation between the “power DC2 is OFF” & “Powersupplylow” alarm?

Seems like DC2 was lost or suffered an undervoltage surge; have you measured the DC2 voltage at the power terminal?
If you only have singular power connected, someone seem to have added supervision of DC2, then goto Configuration > Alarm > Triggers and clear DC2 from being monitored.
