Collecting data from more than one place
Hello all,
Greetings of the day
I have 2 PLC which are collecting some data from our two sites respectively. Now I need to collect those data into my Zenon SCADA which is currently placed in our head office. I'm taking Kepware as OPC. Both CPUs are supported Modbus protocol So I'm taking Modbus TCP/IP protocol for the communication. The help I needed is how I can connect both my PLC into OPC Kepware as for connecting with PLC the PC and PLC should be in the same IP network? I'm a fresher over networking if you can help me that will be very helpful for me
Thanks in advance
Amal

Both PLC supports Modbus TCP/IP protocol and this protocol is also supported with Zenon SCADA. Could you please check why you need OPC gateway in between..
I will suggest to communicate both PLC directly with zenon SCADA.
