How to add a web page link in SPO display or aspect link
(Ask this again as I didn't login last time and I do not know if the post was deliver successfully.)

As we know that in the menu configuration if we configure the type as "BROWSER".(Such as the default for Alarm Portal and Report Portal).
So can we make the same function for object in display or add it to the right click aspect menu of a tag? Using SHELL can open a web page. However, it is opened in IE or other default explorer not in power explorer itself.
And another question the command string for menu button has "$TAG" to specific the function. Which menu contains the information for this?
