No response from Keyboard after logging off user from PPA
A user had logged off from the PPA station (800xA version 6.0 Windows 2012) and when the next user went to log in, the keyboard did not work. We tried changing to a brand new keyboard and it still did not work. The computer had to be completely restarted to get the keyboard to respond again. What could have caused this? Is there something that can be done to prevent this from happening again in the future?

Sounds like a problem with the computer hardware or Microsoft Windows operating system.
I've read that no application can catch a "CTRL-ALT-DEL"; if that key combination does not work, something deeper inside the computer seem at fault.
Try checking for new BIOS versions, drivers, etc. Eventually you might opt for a complete Windows Update (I don't know what Microsoft offers to Server 2012 nowadays though).
