There are two Aspect Servers. AS1 and AS2. AS1 fails to run PPA backup automatically. Before it was working fine. No problem with AS2. AS1 is a License Server. It seems there is no issue with license. PPA backup in AS1 even fails to run manually saying there is some license issue (weird).
If you had the same issue and if its resolved, could you please share your experience and knowledge around this issue.

As long as you can run a successful backup on any other server you should not be in any grave danger.
You might opt for reinstalling one or more of the related software components (License, 800xA Base, etc.) during a maintenance stop to force a re-registration of software components in case something has become corrupted.
I suggest continuing the issue via using official support channels.
