why my CPU overload when i put the VSDs on.?
i have a profinet io network that is consist of PM583-ETH and the CI502 PLC and 5 VSDs ACQ580 plus a couple of ANALOGUES and DIGITAL modules.
before running the VSDs everything is working (valves opening and closing, analogues readings, ect..) but when running the VSDs (two or three out of five) then the valves opening and closing and the hole plc star behaving funny.
when i checked the cpu it is 100% average used (overloaded).
please i did attach the program ,
please have a look.

Hi
to give you an effective answer, I should be able to consult your program. If you want to post it as soon as I have some time and I try to analyze it, checking if there are any critical points, such as the duration of the tasks or other

cant i sent my program to you now , please.
Hi Eric
probably your CPU is a bit to the limit, however in my opinion you can try to change the task time as per the image below ... let me know .....
Attention, always make a copy of the program that is working and keep it safe BEFORE making any changes, not being able to try the modification on my HW take it as a normal precaution!
