Hi
it might not be a problem on the drives, but on the PLC .... if as you say it is random, it is difficult to give you safe suggestions.
To make a certain diagnosis, a careful analysis must be done with a ProfiBus network analyzer to understand who the source of the fault is OFF2
First things first: how long has your system been running smoothly?
Or did this type of failure function occur right from the start?
Has anything changed in the system configuration that may have a connection with these events?
Have you tried to reduce the transmission speed of the ProfiBus network?
Try giving some more info

Hi
in addition to my previous answer, I can tell you that if the drive goes into alarm for OFF2 and after a short time it is reset, you have to check who resets. In fact, when the intervention of OFF2 occurs, only the PLC can reset this fault, for example by sending the value 1278 in the CW ProfiBus of that drive. You have not yet indicated whether it is a fault that occurred some time after the commissioning of the system or if it is a fault that occurred immediately, at the first start-up

thanks for your quick reply
First things first: how long has your system been running smoothly? some time 15 minutes , some time 30 or 40 minutes .
did this type of failure function occur right from the start? no this alarm coming during the running.
Has anything changed in the system configuration that may have a connection with these events? no , just we commissioning the machine
Have you tried to reduce the transmission speed of the ProfiBus network? no, what you recommend.
