Chmi report generation issue
Issues faced are as follows
a)When the report is scheduled for short duration of less than 15 minutes from current time report file is generated. b) when the report is scheduled for Long duration of more than 1 hr from current time report file is not generated. Please help me to solve this issue
The first option would be to provide the following information. I am assuming that you are generating these reports via the Scheduling Structure with a Job Description. It may be helpful to have screen shots of both the Action Aspect and the Scheduling Definition Aspect to verify the configuration. Additionally, providing a copy of the Excel Report Template would also be helpful, be sure to include a copy that contains the Cell Formulas or, if VBA code is being utilized, that code should also be made available. If the File Viewer is being utilized to hold the Report Template, those can be exported for troubleshooting purposes. These are good first steps in developing a plan for the solution.
The second and probably the best option, would be to open a Support Case with your local Regional Support Group, so that this issue can be tracked and any actions taken can be documented. As always, Support Cases provide access to a group of ABB engineers that are knowledgeable in each area of the system.
