FAULT 7310. OVERSPEED. ACS880
Hi everyone.
Fault 7310 appears after starting motor. Drive control mode is DTC. Values from parameter 30.11 and 30.12 are 0 and 1800 rpm. Motor nominal speed is 1770 rpm. Minimum and maximum frequency are 0 and 60 Hz, motor nominal frequency is 60 Hz. Motor nominal current and power are: 180 A and 110 KW. Could you help me to solve this fault, please?
Thank you.
Rafael.

Hi
one possibility is that you may have incorrectly set parameter 31.30.
Did the fault occur immediately, with a new and newly parameterized drive?
Or after some changes to the settings?
Another idea is to completely reset the whole drive to rule out that conflicting conditions create the failure you described, and then reprogram the drive again
To reset to factory settings, you can use the commands of parameter 96.06
Hope this help you
