FC-161 Sequence Generator and Sequence Monitor FC-124 for Infi 90
Sequence monitor questions:
Reference connected to CS comes from device monitor, it can be 0 ( good quality ) or 1 ( bad quality ) , also we can see that trigger is connected to ON/OFF block but it has 0 value , it means trigger would not be enabled usually user does not change from console ( not configured at console) , I mean we can think that the value used 0.
Also we can see from SH S4 ( hold /initialize) the come from DGU-U2-STP this comes from STP ( N+10) from sequence generator ,
N+10
Step taken indicator. This output reflects whether the next step has been taken. A zero to one transition of this output
indicates that the block has begun the next step in the sequence
Input to SN S7 comes from CS (current step of sequence generator block)
Input to SAP S8 is 0 , semiautomatic allowed.
All Step type hold/semiautomatic, Advance S2=0 and S3=1 only, but S3=0
All fault step is 19
We have some questions , ( please see the snaphots)
1- if CS is good ( 0) , but trigger is 0 as we have showed above , it would not do anything only the Output JT and Output J# would change because of S4 ( DGU-U2-STP). DGU-U2-STP transition is from 0 to 1 we should wait for the next cycle of the control module to get 1 to 0 and Output JT would do trigger and Output J# would be from S7 ( current step of sequence generator) . Both outputs are input to sequence generator then Sequence generator would jump to the step related to Output J# , but it would not be problem because it is its current step number Or it would not be possible because S5 = 0 and it should be change to 1 from user or from logic , step type in this case would not avoid the behavior . How it would be exactly?
2- If we would have trigger configured to one FC /FB, and it could change from 0 to 1 with CS good input it could go to the next step of the sequence ( Output JT , OutputJ#) only if S5 is 1 , I mean if both conditions are fullfilled at the same time and they are executed Output JT and OutputJ# , which would it be Output J#? Would OutputJ # be current step from SH S7 next?
3- If CS bad input happens it would go to fault step it does not matter S5 value , or should S5 value be in 1 and also to fulfill the step type ( I mention it because we have semiautomatic and step type Advance S2=0 and S3=1 only)?. If the condition from CS change to good input it would wait step trigger from sequence monitor, and S5 =1 I mean OutputJT in effect and OutputJ# would be SH ( current step of the sequence generator ) the next , Is that correct? or Does not matter about about S5 value ?
4- This configuration has fault step in 19 .
Sequence generator questions:
We have some sequence generators like I show in snapshot , according to the configuration they have 24 steps and 16 outputs
When we see from sequence monitor and CS input is 1 ( bad ) , it would do fault step , all the value configured for fault condition is 19 , but when we see the SEQ GEN , step 19 is the third SEQ GEN located at upper right side and it would be third output . It is confusing
Also from the specs when we open the right upper SEQ GEN all the mask are 0 , only the masks configured are located at left upper SEQ GEN , please see the snapshots. Please see the attachment ,
